Dorian and Laura Geldmeier

We live in Portland, Oregon and we have been happily married since July 20, 2008.  I work at Starbucks right outside our little one-bedroom apartment, and Laura is a drug and alcohol counselor at a rehab center for teenage boys.  Laura graduated from Trinity Western University in 2007 with a degree in Human Services, and I study theology and church history in my spare time.  I hope to attend Boyce College, and eventually Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.  We both have a passion to study Church History and the truths that have driven, supported, and sustained Christ’s Church and the great men and women in the centuries past.  We attend Household of Faith Community Church in Gresham, Oregon.

 

 

 

 

 Matthew Cunningham

Matthew is a husband and a father living with his family in Portland, Oregon. Matthew is a native of California and met his wife, Vanessa, in High School. In his late teenage years Matthew made a lot of poor decisions and was living a life of nominal Christianity. His decisions ulitmately landed him in jail for 4 months. In jail, a ministry came in and conducted a Sunday worship service and preached the gospel to Matthew. It was then, for the first time, he really heard and began to understand what Jesus Christ had done on the cross in his place. After a couple years of separation, Matthew and Vanessa were reunited and were married in May, 2004 in Monterey, CA. 2 years later Matthew strongly felt God leading him to Multnomah Bible College in Portland, Oregon. He moved to Portland and is majoring in Bible and Theology with a minor in Koine Greek. Matthew and Vanessa have two young daughters, and they are pregnant with a third child. Matthew and his family worship and fellowship at Household of Faith Community Church in Gresham, Oregon.
